The client is a LegalTech firm that provides document review and management services. They were looking to develop an application that would automate the legal document review process, reduce the time and effort required for the drafter, reviewer, and vendor, and extract data points accurately. Their objective was to create an end-to-end platform that would help users review, edit, and sign agreements online.
The client's primary challenge was to create an end-to-end platform that would automate the legal document review process and extract data points accurately. The existing process was time-consuming and required manual effort from the drafter, reviewer, and vendor. The client needed a platform that would significantly reduce the time and effort required for the legal document review process, improving the efficiency of the process.
Additionally, they wanted a user-friendly platform that would enable users to review, edit, and sign agreements online. The client was looking for a comprehensive solution that would help them streamline their legal document review and management process and improve overall productivity.
To address the client's business challenges, our team at Codvo.ai adopted a comprehensive approach. We began by developing process flow UI/UX designs for application flow, KPI dashboard, and parent-child contract management. We utilized React to create a high-performing frontend and added the OpenSearch ability to search document attributes on a large scale. Our team utilized Python Lambda to process imported documents and developed an LLM model that accurately extracted entities from the document into an editor.
Additionally, we developed APIs that fetch agreement status closure/execution, expiry, category, and version control for comparison. We also integrated Legality to create and sign agreements online and improve the overall platform security using AWS SSM.
